Quick fix it diet/ strategies will come back to haunt
Years later and realized that quick fix its will never be permanent. Still struggling, but instead of quick fix its, I kick ass everyday at the gym and eat cleanish. I've lost 17lbs in 2 months...though this has taken me longer then HCG, I don't feel deprived or like I'm missing out. I feel f'ing awesome!!! I kick ass at the gym, I come home and feel like I could conquer the world. I'm not perfect, I've made a lot of mistakes, but this is definitely Different.I get the amazing rush from working out, I don't feel deprived and I know this is the only way to go if your trying to be the healthiest version of yourself. Ya, I have down days, but I go to the gym and make it my bitch. I've met cool people there that have shown me amazing things. I treat my body like something I utilize to get shit done. No horse shit, no gimmicks, just pure sweat and raw human power. If the world ends due to zombie apocalypse, I wanna use my fists to reclaim the world for all humanity. It's insane that I waited this long (didn't know) that this it, this is life, it's worth fighting for, every tiny second. Make the one thing (your awesome body) that takes to where you want to be, the best it can possibly be. Workout, drink amazing water, eat clean...and you've got it f'ing made!
